The Human Rights Tribunal is one of many tribunals under the Social Justice Tribunals of Ontario. The focus of this Tribunal is to resolve issues involving discriminatory practices or harassment.

How do I file a complaint?
Should you feel that you are being harassed, have been harassed or are being discriminated against, you can contact us to file an Application on your behalf.
Each Application has its own unique set of circumstances. The Tribunal process involves the opportunity to resolve your complaint by way of mediation but if a resolve cannot be obtained by the settlement process, the Tribunal will schedule a hearing date. Based on the availability of the Tribunal, the entire process could last a year, or longer.

Because no two Applications are alike, once we’ve taken the opportunity to assess your complaint, we will be in a position to provide you with an estimate of legal fees.
